Hi David thanks for sharing this review. Why do you say “if you want a vacuum that works on hard floor and surfaces” at the end? Does this include carpet? Your review seemed to covered carpet and had good results from what I could tell but you don’t mention that it’s good for carpet in your summary. Can you clarify?

Sorry for the confusion! Yes! This vacuum is great on carpets. It also is great on hard floors and other surfaces, so you should be able to use this to vacuum in every room of your home. cnl

Hi David, do you know if you can use this vacuum, also with other apps like Tuya or Smartlife App. I saw the controller inside is from Tuya, but cannot connect to the Tuya App

I thought you could. A lot of times you are able to set them up within Smart life / Tuya. Try again from opposite OS (android if you tried iOS first or vice versa)

Can you please help me mine dispense goes backwards in spins, and turns off like something stuck but nothings wrong with that. I already cleaned the wheels I clean the little container, holds the trash. There’s nothing and still doesn’t work please help.

I recently bought one of these but mine didn't come with a remote. Although I saw on the app there was a virtual one. Did they cut the physical one and replace it with the one in-app?

Nah man this robo vac sucks. If you’re cleaning an empty room sure maybe this is ok, but this thing gets stuck going in circles in a single room it’s trash
