Sweetie, you aren't to blame. He couldn't see through his pain to see the other side of that dark cloud he was in. People with depression hide what they are feeling inside and many times those around them can't see what they are afraid to show. He loved you he just couldn't in that moment see the light. You have a good heart and an empathy that many people should see as an example of what the world needs right now. ❤

My dear friend, the would’ve, could’ve, should’ve ‘s will get the best of us if we allow it. As a mother, I couldn’t save my son, and that eats at me every single day even though I know I did the best I could. My only saving grace is that I know for a fact he is finally at peace and in a better place. We will see them again and that will keep us going. ❤

A friend of mine has a Grandson who they found hanging in the garage. Thankfully they got to him in time. I asked her how he's doing. She said he's doing really well. If people would realize there is hope. And life has ups and downs. So thankful he's doing so well She's so relieved ❤

It's hard to break free from those "stormy clouds" sometimes. It's not easy dealing with those strong, intrusive thoughts. They can be overwhelming at times. For me, when I am in that place I try to make myself find that light no matter how hard it is. I think everyone deals with depression differently but I always try to have hope that the storm will pass. Even a brief moment of clarity can change your outlook at least for a while. When I can, I try to find something uplifting to listen to or watch. It helps a lot. Your vids are always full of positive energy and i really enjoy them. Thanks for being that ray of sunshine for everyone! -Tim

My son died by suicide at 19 over a girl. You always ask yourself why? But I’ve learned that if I just thing about that I would go insane. Not a day goes by his name isn’t on my heart and mind. I miss his beautiful smile and the way he always cut the fool and joked around.

So sorry to hear that. Lost my dad in 1990, and my brother in 2001, both suicides. It's definitely not a 'club' we want be in, that's for sure. And I am working to improve my own mental health, so I don't join them. It's so hard. But it's amazing what one can find in a comments section of a video, not the nonsense, of course, but others suffering and trying to heal from the countless ailments that plague our lives. I need to think more like you do, to remember the good, and not how they passed, or, yes, ask why - one of the most impossible questions to answer.
