There are TWO, soon to be THREE part 4 spinoffs: Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, spinoffs about Rohan running into supernatural phenomenon; Dead Man's Questions, about Kira's spirit after he dies; and coming later this year there is a spinoff manga, from the creator of the light novel Purple Haze Feedback, about Hol Horse and Josuke (very few details about it right now). Part 8 is also set in an alternate universe Morioh.

If the hand could 'evovle' or be expanded upon by a serious villain. ....It could theoretically be the most powerful stand. Because what if, it evolved to delete literally anything. Even the golden ratio. Somehow...deleting infinity, or more so..erasing it. Different dimensions? Erased. And what if he didn't need his hand anymore? What if it was just looking at something. Or simply snapping his fingers, he could 'erase' it. Trying to freeze him with time stop? He erases time. And, if we wanna get really 'dumb'...what if he could 'erase' logic and reason? Bruh...I'm glad okuyasu is a wholesome buffoon

Dio would be able to move in stopped time even if that time is erased but he would be unable to interact with objects during the stopped time since that single frame of time is erased by King Crimson
