Pucci had jotaros memory disk for a while, certainly long enough to comb through it a fair bit, I’m pretty sure months since his daughter doesn’t get it back until much later in the part. That means we can safely assume that Pucci would have studied jotaros fighting style and weaknesses on the off chance he did make it back into the fight. Pucci knew he already defeated dio so who is someone Pucci thought was god, I wouldn’t put it past him to make a contingency if he ever had to go 1v1 on jotaro or worse. Jotaro knows basically nothing about Pucci when they go to brawl, Pucci knows absolutely everything about jotaro. Jotaro just got outplayed by a stand that’s more powerful and a user that knew his every move before it was going to happen. Even as Pucci said “two steps. You were late by two steps.” After jotaro thinks he’s behind by one. He just got outplayed.

I actually believe that Doppio is the original but I think that King Crimson is Diavolo himself. I think it’s possible that Doppio had the latent potential of King Crimson but it took on a life of its own and essentially manifested in Doppio as Diavolo with Diavolo then going on to develop Epitaph. We saw in part 6 with F.F. that even stands can have souls so I think it’s definitely possible for this theory to be the case!

Well we know that MiH has to take time to build up its Acceleration/Speed so put in a situation where there are no outside factors and it's just a 1on1 in a ring do you still think that MiH is the better stand? I personally find it hard to believe that Jotaro and Star Platinum couldn't land a time stop stand barrage in that situation. Though I do feel this situation is incredibly preferable to Jotaro.
