I don't get why people say okuyasu is dumb. Sure he does dumb things but he's not really a dumb person. He feels emotions. And he was extremely smart during the chilly pepper fight. Sure you could argue he shouldn't have erased him and allowed him to gain electricity but anyone who lost their brother from the man right in front of him would probably do the same. In conclusion okuyasu isn't really dumb he's just emotional and his emotions get to him at times.

Stand's new detail: After gaining Requiem, Okuyasu also gained a item called the [Four-dimensional Vision Goggles] for the purpose of locating, targeting and tracking a specific objects or enemies to erase in order to use his Requiem more carefully for his allies or civilians. It's almost similar to Narancia's Gas Radar. Powers: #1. Four-dimensional Space Eater: This ability acts like his usual Space Erasing Move, but now he do it with both hands of his stand, erasing anything and anyone wants with the Infinite precision and speed. Besides, The Hand: Requiem can easily absorb any physical attacks and projectiles like a black hole on his entire body and redirect them back to enemies. Also, he gained some kind of telekinesis, perhaps. #2. Four-dimensional Space Prowler: With the help of Okuyasu's Four-dimensional Vision Goggles, he can locate and track down every person he needs without even seeing him directly because of The Hand: Requiem's infinite sight through space and time on the entire planet earth🌎. It also allows Okuyasu to freely open and use portals/wormholes to teleport himself into any specific place on the entire earth globe. Of course, he can also teleport not only himself but with the group of people. #3. Honestly, Okuyasu being dumb prevented him from turning on his own team. It's better if he's too dumb to actually strategize than to be too smart for his own good. His stand wasn't especially brutal, like The World, or Cream, he just goes "I like ya cut g" and you're dead, no suffering, nada.
