My recent purchase of a new Ola X Plus in same colour. Within just 10 days of ownership, I encountered two major issues: the scooter completely died, and the seat became stuck and inoperable. To make matters worse, Ola customer service informed me that I would need to wait 10 days for a repair appointment. This is simply unacceptable! It's a brand new vehicle, and I'm already facing significant problems that render it unusable. My experience suggests that there may be serious quality control issues with the Ola X Plus. You could be facing similar problems if you choose to purchase this scooter.

ഞാൻ ജനുവരി 6 ന് പറവൂർ Showroom വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയതാണ' ഇപ്പോൾ 4700 KM ആയി ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ ഫ്യൂസ് തകരാറായി വണ്ടി നിന്നു പോയിട്ടുണ്ട് അതല്ലാതെ ഇപ്പോഴും നല്ല പെർഫോമൻസ് ആണ് തകരാർ ആയി നിന്നു പോയാൽ അവിടെ വന്നു ശരിയാക്കാൻ OLA കുറച്ചു ടെക്നിഷ്യൻമാരെ ഇറക്കിയാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു

തകരാറ് വന്നാൽ നമ്മൾ തന്നെ വണ്ടി തള്ളി അവരുടെ സർവീസ് സെൻററിൽ കൊടുക്കണം. ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് 5 KM തള്ളി കൊണ്ട് കൊടുത്തു. റോഡിൽ വന്ന് വണ്ടി എടുക്കാൻ 2300 RS സർവ്വീസ് ചാർജ്

But if the battery degrades to 70% within 3 years, you might only achieve a 70 km range. In this scenario, even though the battery retains over 70% capacity, your driving range suffers significantly. This wouldn't be covered under a warranty focused solely on complete failure or below 69 percentage battery degradation.
