It's like chal toh chand tak nahi toh shaam tak. My experience is so worst that I didn't took delivery of ola S1pro gen 2 in Nov 23 due to defective product. Ola electric said they won't fix them or replace vehicle. as the money was already paid. I raised dispute in consumer court without taking delivery. Now ola electric is enjoy my money and case is going on . My Rs.164974 at risk without a vehicle. DONT EVEN THINK TO BUY.

Very good analysis bro! I am facing lot of issues with Ola S1 Pro Gen2 which is just 11 months old. It was running well for the first 10 months but started giving problems subsequently. Few major problems - 1) Mobile App is not getting connected with Scooter, 2) Hard Reboot is not working, 3) Display does not turn on many a times which will take two to ten minutes. We need to wait with lot of patience, 4) Recently charger broke down and got a new charger free of cost, 5) Now, scooter is not changing to Ride Mode. This is the biggest issue now as the scooter is lying at my home and can't use it. When I spoke to the Ola Technician, he said that there could a sensor issue that is preventing the change of ride mode. I need to request some technician to come to home for repairing it. Keeping my fingers crossed. Please Do Not Buy Ola Scooter.

Chetak ka ek problem hai if u r riding at 50 km/h ,if uncertainty down ur acceleration , then it will slow down on mid road like using hard break jo ola main esa Nehi hai, Har electric scooty main issue hai , electric scooty chalana hai to issue ko jhelna padega, hamare ghar main iqub ola s1x chetak tino gadi hai..

I own 3kw version. Top speed in normal mode is 72 not 90. At higher speed it has absolutely no stability. Suspension and sensors are major problems. In just 600 km of run it has already lost some of its acceleration somehow.

Got delivery today and Ola s1x showed its colors. I was driving it back to home and suddenly battery with 69% dropped to 3%. And it went into parking mode. I had to drag that thing to Service center. Please don't buy this vehicle. If you can take the effort to go to service center frequently, then you can. Very poor build. No quality control. No quality check. They just assemble and send it to customer.
