YES...There are many technical issues with OLA, I am also a owner OLA S1 X+, Within two weeks from purchase it had starting problem. I gave it to service center and after one week they returned the vehicle to me and Within 2 days the same problem persist

My ola s1 completed 25k kms in 1.3 years with 1 general service even break pads are not changed🫡🫡🫡, but jp nagar service is very good compared to others location.

Owning OLA is like buying lottery ticket....forget about what company says....it depends on buyer's luck. Highly unpredictable.....those enjoying ownership without issues are lucky. If people have multiple vehicle at home, then only buy this. Otherwise if you have single vehicle, better to go for reliable vehicle. Ather, TVS, Bajaj. Please do not fall for discounted price....heavy discount is indication of company pushing substandard product with insufficient service

I have worked in ola sales My experience Poor service team, build quality. Charging points always melt, Vibration in the handle. Management like hide and seek.Manufacturing unit full of female employees that one can judge the quality of the scooter. 😢

This is democratic country. Wherever you are finding difficulties or injustice happening, take videos. We have every right to take videos of our vehicles. They can't stop you from taking video when they don't have proper system at their end. Please don't buy any EVs atleast for 2-3 years, unless we get atleast the gut feeling of good quality EVs in India.

You ask ola scooter owners. They'll tell you how they are suffering after purchasing ola scooter due to bad product and due to worst service. Even after two years ola scooter owners unable to get center stand and back foot rest. It takes from one month to six months for ola service team to render service on a complaint. This is the case when subscribed to ola care and ola care+ by paying Rs 4500. Imagine the plight of non subscriber who will never get service and has to be thrown to dustbin. #Boycott ola scooter. I regret wasting my precious 1.5 lakhs money in purchasing ola S1 pro and suffer for the past two years. It is full of problems from the day i bought it. So don't purchase any ola scooter.

3rd rated service, I have taken Ola Care for Home Service, all service calls are getting closed without even attending and there is no calls either from the service engineer. When called to check the status, CC are conveying system is auto closing the compliant log. There is no procedure for refund of Ola Care money. Bhavesh Agarwal is notorious tax evader, money minded MF, AH.
