My hair did not like the shampoo or conditioner. Both made my hair dry. The No 8 is alright. It’s not something I would repurchase. I find it makes my hair slick and soft since Dimethicone is the 2nd ingredient, but it doesn’t really moisturize. My favorite is No 1 & 2 which I use monthly. I use No 2 bi itself biweekly.

Thanks so much. This was a great video. I use both Olaplex & Keracare but I see so many tangles in my hair after conditioning. How can I avoid getting so many tangles in my hair, so that I don't lose lots of hair when I detangle?

For me , adding olive oil to the conditioner really helps with the detangling proces. Also dont detangle when your hair is wet but do it when its dry. Tangles can also come from the direction you rub your hair when you shampoo, you should do vertical motions to avoid tangles. If you hve long and thick hair , detangle in sections ! Start with your fingers ☺️❤️

@@LiveLisha Your insight and suggestions are great. Thanks so much. I have shoulder length hair. I feel that when I do vertical motions to shampoo my hair, my scalp doesn't get clean enough. So how do you ensure that your scalp gets cleaned properly, with vertical motions?

By lathering more than one time (2 or 3 if necessary) usually my hands and arms start hurting so i pause then go back in.. you can also combine with a head massage brush. Im not a fan of that but it does help sometimes !
