I recently started using it. I mix 6 and 7 together. Love it. I think the 7 has more heat protection. I have the 3 but only tried it one time so far. Definitely getting the shampoo and conditioner

Hi Nicole, what kind of foundation do you have on? I love the glowy, dewy look. I started using Mac face and body which I really like. I’m 55 with dry skin, started Retin-A about 2 mths ago which has helped. I use Olaplex 3 and 6, but sometimes my hair feels a little heavy. I’m always looking for a good sulfate free shampoo and a good hair conditioner as my hair is highlighted and dry. Thanks for the information. Kim from Arkansas 💕

If you use a couple of drops of the No. 7 oil with the No6 it really works even better. I have tried them all and like them but not every time I wash my hair. I am always trying things but after a bit more than 3 years using Monat ( many of the products) work best for me. I have long, highlighted straight hair and my hair has never been in better condition. I don’t sell it so I’m not trying to get anyone else to use it. I am just amazed at the health of my hair. I like try other things but always come back to Monat.

HI Nicole, thank you for the informative video. I currently use the olaplex mask and leave in conditioner. I flat iron my hair at high heat (450). What heat protectectantwould you recommend. Also have you tried the Olaplex 0?

Hi Sara, I use the Moroccanoil Perfect Defense Spray I just recently picked up the Olapllex No. 7 bonding oil and it protects up to 450. °I’ve been using that lately to try it out and like it very much. Some of my community members have suggested mixing the oil into the Leven conditioner. That is the next thing I’m going to try.I also have had great luck with a Kenra blow dry spray. I am not tried the No.0 but that is next on my list. 😃
