[old] A naive and inefficient way of killing shulkers

Edit: Shulker farms are now a mature technology, and there are sooo many better ways of killing them without spending tnt or building obsidian tubes.
I'll keep this video up for posterity, but go look at a real farm if you're interested in good tech :)

In the upcoming 1.17 shulkers will be able to spawn new shulkers, making them farmable. This is the most straightforward, automatic (besides having to refill TNT) way of killing them i came up with.
Enchanting tables are both partial blocks and have a very high blast resistance, letting hoppers pick up items through them while shielding the hoppers from explosion damage.

Just drop them on an ender chest, no need for the obsidian wall or the enchant tables
