That locked in blade that you're talking about was the very first razor blade and put it on an arrowhead, and it was a wasp. It wasn't a whatever name you said it was a wasp , and it was introduced in the seventies

Zwicky is still making broadheads today in the same style as the Eskimo both types now, a glue on and a screw in design like the Zwicky green head. The Smaller Zwicky is harder to find but is still made as a 100 grain head now as it is skinnier by a little bit. Bear Archery has just come back out with the old original broadhead minus the bleader blade in same wight as if bleader was removed as most people did not use the bleader part anyhow or stopped after they either had them either break off or get bent/unusable. This is how I see most of those old Bear heads sold on E-bay saying the bleader head got damaged or I removed them due to this or that reason and since lost them. Do not buy the Chinese made knockoff of the Jaegar, those knockoffs have from seeing a few people test them including GREAT PLAINS TRADITIONAL BOW COMPANY, have an odd bevel that is curved and hard to get sharp so the head tends to not cut well for anyone. Zwicky Black Dimond in places a barbed head for big game is not legal these are usually not legal in USA states that do not allow barbed broadheads. South Dakota where I live is one of the States that the Black Dimond is not legal.

That last head that you're showing. Isn't that a no mercy by zwiki The black diamond you're speaking of was one of the earliest ones he made that was a hundred and twenty five that grains 45 sixteenths diameter

Hey All things Archery, whats the deal? One of the best archery sites on you tube and no new content. Hope all is well and you continue content.

I shoot wood from my recurve crossbow. I shot a doe a few days ago with a razor sharp zwickey 2 blade. 525grain total arrow weight, went straight through her and she didnt even react to the shot, literally paused, sniffed once and then she just walked over to her bed laid down and bled out. Double lunged her at 8 yards from 22 feet up in a tree and didnt hit any ribs. Arrow was perfectly fine, washed the blood off of it and resharpened the head its ready to kill another. Why spend more money when its not gonna make a real difference?

My thoughts exactly

You are wrong on the green head, that is an original Wasp head with replaceable blades. It was the first or Wasp's can lock heads.
