Have you had issues with hiss in the signal chain? that seems to be the main complaint on Reverb which is kinda putting me off taking the plunge

Dude this is SUCH a great demo. You played real stuff someone would probably use this for. You showed off useable tones that someone would want in a live setting or studio setting. My only critique is I wish we could hear more of the delay mode without the other pedals. But that’s a minor nitpick, overall this is an amazing demo. Thank you! I finally feel like I understand what this pedal can do!

Do you use the v1 or 2? I’ve had the v1 since it came out and almost use it as a boost as well because of the dramatic volume jump. Wonder if you noticed that too? Also wonder if the newer ones have soft switch type thing. Love this pedal and your demos.

Jonathan Perez - I have a V2. There’s no volume jump. But if you want it you can boost it via the internal trim pot. And yes, V2 has soft-click switches

Love this vid and the new format!!! This has been one of my favorite pedals for a long time, so glad you did an in depth with it. I have a V2. Every mode is fantastic in its own way, but I do seem to lean a lot on pitch mode, one an octave down and one neutral(for slider pitch changes). Have always had it near the end of my chain, but since seeing your video with Andy Othling and now this, it looks fun to throw it near the beginning. I have it going into an Afterneath and then Blooper. Can get some great ambience going!!

It's just one of the best, if not the best, textural early-chain-verb ever made. You should definitely move it to the front, and see what that inspires 😊

First of all, thank you for doing a video of a pedal, that is on the market already many years. It shows, that you really like this pedal. First, thanks for all of the great demos. I've bought a couple of pedals based off of them. Also, I love this video. I immediately wanted one as soon as I saw it. As soon as I showed up with this pedal to my next band practice one of my bandmates said "that sounds fucking incredible...we should write a song around it". This pedal writes songs, or at least inspires them. It's pretty amazing once you get the hang of it and easier to use than you would think. Caveat, I play in a metal band, so you can get some really dark, eerie sounds with it but it's not a one trick pony and it is a pedal that can be used practically. I've had a ton of fun with it.

Well, here’s another pedal you sold me on (I believe that’s pedal number 7). I got it in the mail a couple days ago and love it so far. I’m using it as my early chain reverb before my dirt section (my late chain is the Mercury 7). This pedal is like a beautiful psychotic mind. It can produce some of the most beautiful but eerie sounds. I plan to do a lot of exploring with drones with it. Thanks for the great demo...as usual Stefan. 😎🤟

Waiting on mine to ship, directly from OBNE. I absolutely love the minim reverb/delay, and cannot wait to add this to my favorite ambient reverb/reverb+delay pedals, Walrus Slo, Fathom, Earthquaker Afterneath V2, Avalanche run V2, and the OBNE Minim. This video just makes me feel like a kid waiting for Christmas. Absolutely can’t wait to run not only my guitars through it, but my Moog Grandmother and Soma Lyra-8 as well.

Wow this pedal is so beautiful and amazing!! You make me want to play guitar, I’d love to try this on bass!! There’s not enough ambient bass pedal channels out there! Maybe I should do that lol
