We loved the duck calls; keep it up, you have a knack for it. I live in north Idaho and we were treated to 3 days of evening fireworks and no out of control fires; praise God. I absolutely loved hearing the water fall in the background and to see you having a peaceful place to start the day!!

Same here. Two years in a row, vine hrows, we get one good squash and then the leaves start to mildew and the rest of the flowers never turn into squash.

My oldest grandson and I have had some of our best times sitting on the porch practicing turkey calls ... we've even heard a gobble now and then through the woods! He was almost overwhelmed the day I gave him my favorite striker, a slate turkey call out of my bag. At random times he will bring it over and show me how good he's getting. So keep on quackin' Brother...those ducks will never know!😅 Practice might not make perfect, but it sure makes for some good times...I bet your grandsons love it, too!

Squash is one of my favorite vegetables and as much as I like fried squash, I'm sure I'll really like these too. Especially after Mr. Brown said the fritter tasted a lot like fried squash. I don't have a garden but I'll get me some more squash next time I go to town to the grocery store 😊❤

When we were putting in Tobacco on my mother's and grandfather's farm in the sixties and seventies, my grandmother made this alot for our lunch. It was so good after spending all morning in the tobacco fields in Southern Virginia. Wow the memories. I was a 10 year old white kid picking tobacco with three old black men. It was tough out there. First thing in the morning you would get soak and wet from the dew. Then it would get hot. The wind doesn't blow much in a tobacco field. Have to use Lava soap to try and get the tobacco tar off your hands. My picking companions called the heat the monkey. When it got hot, they would say the monkey sitting on that light line laughing at us.😊
