Old Fashioned inspired Christmas 🛷 Victorian 🎄 Decorations, Recipes and Table Setting Idea 🕯

РЕЦЕПТЫ: 🍰 Бисквитный торт с брусничной пропиткой и крем-чизом 🍰 🍰 Бисквит Масло сливочное 82,5% - 150 г • Сахар демерара - 250 г • Экстракт ванили - 15 г • Яйца - 3 шт • Масло растительное ( я использовала масло грецкого ореха)- 80 г • Мука - 420 г • Разрыхлитель - 15 г • Кефир - 350 г • Какао- 50 г В чаше соединить сахар демерара (250 г) и мягкое сливочное масло (150 г). Смешайть до однородного состояния. Добавить ванильный экстракт (15 г). Дальше добавить три яйца. Размешать до однородности. Далее мука (420 г), разрыхлитель (15 г), кефир (350 г) и растительное масло (80 г). Размешать тесто. Добавить какао (50 г), вымесить тесто. Тесто разделить на 3 формы ( диаметр 18 см). Выпекать на 130 до готовности. Готовые коржи сразу обвернуть пищевой плёнкой в контакт и когда они остынут убрать в холодильник на 6 часов или на ночь. 🍰 Крем • Масло сливочное 82,5% - 240 г • Пудра сахарная - 150 г • Сыр творожный - 750 г В начале холодное сливочное масло (240 г) соедините с сахарной пудрой (150 г) и смешать до состояния пасты. Дальше холодный творожный сыр (750 г). Смешать до однородности. 🍰 Брусничная пропитка • брусника - 250 гр ягод • 120 гр сахар • Лимонный сок Бруснику измельчить блендером, всыпать сахар, нагреть. Проварить пару минут, влить сок лимона и остудить. Накрывать пищевой пленкой «в контакт». Далее собираем торт как показано на видео. 🍷Пряный рождественский напиток с апельсином и грушей🍷 Виноградный сок 750 мл Яблочный сок 375 мл Апельсиновый сок 250 мл Клюквенный морс 125 мл Апельсин 2 шт Груша 2 шт Клюква 100 гр Кардамон 2 шт Палочки корицы 3 шт Гвоздика 1 ч.л Анис 1 звездочка Все смешать и поставить на медленный огонь под закрытую крышку на 1 час, не кипятить.

My favorite has to be the forest walk portion. I love that feeling when it has just snowed and no one is around. The snow offers some insulation to the normal noises of any area and it reminds me of an old quote "The world is quiet here." Sadly it no longer snows as often where I live as it did when I grew up and I miss those quiet moments more as I age and look for that kind of solace in my life.

Wonderful! It is so nice to see you all taking such trouble to enjoy the little things. So much has changed in modern times! In my family home we always ate together and at the table. The table was always laid properly and still is today. I have been laughed at for taking such trouble to do things properly, but I ignore the jibes and carry on regardless. Oh dear girls, every single woman of your family is so sweet and charismatic! I looove everything, the cosy atmosphere, the "togetherness" and closeness of the whole video. I think my favorite is the scene where all the family members look at the old photographs, makes me tear up a little bit. All the generations together ♥ Also the cake looks too delicious, and I can almost smell the beautiful Christmas scents through screen, all the cinnamon and oranges and gingerbread! Love the decorations, too. I am making old-fashioned Christmas almost every year, too. Decorating with old decorations, with nature elements, and antiques that used to belong to my dear long gone grandpa. We did something similar this year, all our decor was nature based. Natural advent Christmas wreath with beeswax taper candles, dehydrated orange slices, pine cones, cinnamon sticks, acorns, pine tree branches, beeswax candles, cinnamon and apple sauce ornaments, cornstarch and baking soda ornaments (these las two we made in the last few years), heirloom popcorn garlands, last summer we even grew our own popcorn corn that we will use next year, both my girls loved this them better than all the glittery and shiny Christmas decor. We will make this a tradition from now on!

This is so beautiful! I can't decide if I loved the cake decorating or table setting more. I remember when I was younger and my mom would mkae beautiful cakes and desserts for all kinds of occasions. She'd let me and my sibling lick the icing spoon when she was done decorating. I also remember how my mom would decorate our dining table to liven up any celebration and she would get us to help her and they're fond memories to look back on :)

я не знаю, как вы это делаете, но от каждой детали в ваших видео сердечко просто замирает, ибо так всё красиво и замечательно. цвета, декорации, одежда, даже ракурсы! как будто смотришь настоящий, очень атмосферный и уютный фильм. в данном конкретном видео особенно понравилась часть под названием "драгоценное время" 🤍 она так и пропитана теплом и светом. а сервировка стола просто бесподобна! вы просто мастерицы, успехов вам 💫

Hallelujah! Over the past ten to fifteen years I really worried about society completely losing touch with these traditions because of over-dependence on smartphones. There seems to be a beautiful turn back to old fashioned, traditional, classic activities and skills and it is SUCH a relief :D Thank you for using your hands and doing things slowly and carefully! Analog/real life is gorgeous and should never be tossed out in favour of digital or virtual. Technology has its place as a tool but I am so glad to see it has not taken everything over. Thank you for such a beautiful video

Family, family, family. Love the togetherness. My Grandparents were war refuges from Estonia with 3 young daughters. To this day my mother says that a Western Australian Christmas is not real. Yout tree decorating was unlifting and you couldnt help but smile. Your family reminds me of what my mother has brought to ours. Family is everything and together anything can be achieved. A magical time when we can forget the turmoil of the outside world and enjoy spending time with each other. Merry Christmas

Wow, what a beautiful video! One of my favourite parts was when you all sat with your grandmother and looked through the photo album. It reminded me of cherished time with family over the holidays, and how important it is to be with loved ones!

I love the victorian Christmas tree decoration and did it myself last year at the childrens home,where I work. We had a vintage themed Christmas party and this year it'll be a vintage new years eve. ❤️
