Hello friends! I pictured this video long ago... a fairy-tale reading nook, snowy scenery, a visit to a vintage Christmas market and cosy activities at home. The scenes always look better in my imagination, but I hope you like this new setup and the activities featured!

The beautiful landscapes in this video are mainly from Austria and southern Germany from footage that I took over the years when I visited those places. In my head though, this is the fictional town of Bermothill :) As many of you know from Patreon or Instagram, this is unfortunately not where I live. I don't live in a cottage or in the countryside (yet).

Ciao , non sono mai così bene mentre guardo i tuoi video..non sto bene..convivo con una mi malattia cronica da quando avevon29 anni. Questa malattia colpisce il sistema nervoso centrale..e quindi ho bisogno spessissimo di pace serenità, e concentrazione, quello che manca avendo una famiglia, e abitando in Città. Mi dai pace molto meglio di prendere le medicine che prendo spesso per calamare la mia testa ceh va in tilt. Purtroppo però non sono straniera, sono italiana, ti seguo dalla Sicilia..e non capisco ciò che dici..ma sto talmente bene guardando i tuoi video, che non mi importa...certo, se tu potessi attivare un traduttore che scrive le tue frasi sotto il video, sarebbe bellissimo per me!! Trully a treasured Old World Christmas shared around the world..My family originally from the Appalachain Coalmine Counties in the Mountains of rural muddy rocky roads also celebrated Christmas in this fashion..with many traditions and memories still used and shared each Christmas..Sadly I have family members that want know one to know how our ancestors were raised in lived in the mountains barely getting by with large families..farming hillsides..crawling into to dig coal for mine companies that became wealthy..But to me these memories are what made my parents who they were until they passed in their 60's...and now me and my younger sister along with 3 remains great aunties and a few aunties that share those traditions and memories..Even though my parents moved to a different state and city for better work and reasonable pay..they always returned to the mountains for visits and holidays..Bless you sweet precious lady for sharing your treasured old world Christmas ..May you have a blessed and sweet Christmas and a Happy New Year ❤

How lovely are your ornaments 💕 Your gingerbread men came out so nice and I just love the red and white string you put around his neck. It really gave such a festive feeling. I couldn’t see the name of the book you are reading. Is it good? I loved the little store you went shopping in and only wished I could be there with you. I also loved the arrangement of pine in the basket. For a minute I thought you might decorate it I spent the day dusting and moving things around my home. It was a warm day but the trees were dropping leaves like snow mid morning and I just stopped to stare at it. I just watched this video, the last day of November 2024. I enjoyed it very much. I noted that you said that you don't live in a cottage or the countryside. I live in a cottage in the Cotswolds in England which dates from the 17th century. I took on the restoration of a massive flower garden when I first came and the upkeep is a tremendous amount of physical labour as I am now 75 years old. All of the furniture is either Edwardian or older and the upkeep is a chore. I live alone with a dog, I never married so it is just me and my dog "against the world" so to speak. You have a lot of very beautiful kitchen things, which is wonderful as I don't cook so I am assuming all that effort is for just one person. You must have a lot of energy making all that food. I have a daily woman who comes in from the village every day to do the cleaning and cooking and one gardener and a boy (a barrow boy) who come twice a week to sort out the garden. My mum used to bake all that kind of complicated stuff. She crossed to the spirit world in 1993. She has come through two mediums in London to tell me that she would not come back to this side of life for anything. And, I agree with her totally. Look what just happened in the USA November 5th, they now have a convicted criminal for their president. I will cross over soon myself so I do not worry about anything. GW
