Wow! This must be from around the time Dawn got married. in her memoir, "Dear Fatty," she talks about going on a crazy diet because she didn't think it was ok to be a "fat bride," and how she ate nothing but meat and citrus fruit, going from a "bonnie size 20 to a starving size 12." I have to think that's the trimmest she's been since she became famous, so my guess is this is from that time. Rather shocking, actually. However, adore these ladies, regardless.

Wow - wasn't Dawn French beautiful - never saw her when she was the same size as the lovely Jennifer Saunders - LOVE THOSE TWO LADIES. My favourite French and Saunders series is LET THEM EAT CAKE. Have it on DVD and will NEVER lend it out in case it doesn't come back.
