My father passed In 2021. And had a American standard that was Built-in. I believe 1960 ran like a clock still. I worked on it and yes there was nothing to work on.

At 9:06, the flames appear to have a slight flutter anomaly without the blower running. This is indicative to a flue blockage.

those goofy birds will get in through small holes my gutter cover had small gap at end the instructions said bend it over to completely seal it off well I figured no leaves would get in small gap, but the birds did and built a nest in gutter then rain destroyed nest and clogged gutter had to go put a little triangle of aluminum at ends of gutter covers.
