Old & Historical Hindu Temple Katas Raj In Chakwal Punjab Pakistan Full Documentary

In this video we will show you thousand years old Katas Raj Temple which is situated in Chakwal city of Province Punjab. Katas Raj is not only one temple but a city of temples is settled here. Katas Raj is extremely oldest place in the world that its presence is found in the book “Mahabharata” which is the older than 300 years ago from Hazrat Issa (AS). The oldest history of Jhelum tell us about Katas Raj. According to Chinese Tourist Xuanzang a Stupa was present in Katas which was 200 feet high which was constructed by Ashok-E- Azam. The companion of Maha Raja Ranjeet Singh and famous General of his Army Hari Singh Nalwa constructed a Haveli on this place about 1799. Now a days a museum is constructing at this place by the government of Pakistan. The building of Katas Raj has same importance in their religion both for Hindus and Sikhs. A beautiful Bara Darri has constructed on the east side of the sacred pond AMRIT KUND (Holy Water) where the Hindus belong to Pakistan come and get married. Besides this many temples are have constructed here according to different beliefs of Hindus from which "Hanuman Temple, Ram Mandir, Satgrah Mandir, Shivling Mandir, Temple of Ganesh, Temple of Buddhist and Temple of Nag Cobra snake the Hindus believes on this. This temple has also constructed here. A well at the time of Pandawa is also discovered here which has now deserted. The precious trees have also been planted here in different time. A large number of the pilgrims of Hindus and Sikhs come here from Pakistan, India and abroad two times in every year. These buildings are the unique and rare pattern of architecture. The government of Pakistan has spend rupees 119 million for the developmental projects of these temples.The beliefs which have been described in this video are about Hindus and Sikhs religions.
