Hello viewers , Today I am going to share with you some tips and tricks related to old house renovation . Firstly , you have to decide , which old furniture to be kept back at home and which ones should be discarded . The renovation work should be started by doing false ceiling work first . As the false ceiling is being done the wire and switches are added along with the lights . After the false ceiling work the electrical work should be done and for doing so the position of the furniture such as dressing table , wardrobe and TV unit etc ,. should be pre planned .
Kitchen floor should be renovated by removing old tiles and along with that seepage problem should be treated too . Direction for cooking should also be pre planned . here also planning should be done for correct position of kitchen appliances such as Chimney , Water purifier , microwave oven etc so that the plug points are made for the same . position of sink and basin should be mentioned for doing the plumbing work correctly . Same method should be used for washroom plumbing work too . If there is a seepage problem then it should be treated before the tiles are laid .
