On the guitar for Logan, you might want to go with an acoustic guitar first, and then branch out to the electric with all the equipment once he has decided this is something he really wants to do and has shown he will stick with it. And look at pawn shops and thrift shops for good used quitars and cases. Of course you will want new picks for him. That back splash tile looks very nice.

I totally agree with this comment. If he does not want to start with an acoustic then get a second hand setup until he is confident he wants to continue with the guitar. House repairs are coming along nicely! 😀

A tip about the tiles in the kitchen. Where I'm from we are able to rent a tile cutter at our building shop. Perhaps you could do that at like Lowes or something? Or check in your area if anyone is renting out one? I get that it's not ok to buy one for just one tile cut 😅

It is not good for your health! And it could have been the culprit beyond some of your recent health issues this past summer/fall. Your white kitchen tiles look great! You might want to change the light switch cover (the one covered with wall paper) to just a white cover. It think it would look a lot better. Just a suggestion.:)

when you get ready to remove the moldy wall, wear an N95 mask. Also spray the wall with a bleach solution. Completely bag up the removed material. Mold is nasty stuff. Take it seriously.

So happy everything is working out. God is so good. We were military for over 25 years a move every 4 years. Helpful hit before your cleaning team get rid of anything your not taking with you. If your son really wants to learn guitar he needs to start with an acoustic not electric. I am surprised they did not tell you that at the guitar shop. When my son learned they didn’t even let him pick up an electric guitar for two years. Bonus there is not as much equipment needed.
