I feel you on the tinnitus man. Developed it 5 years ago and wear ear protection on everything. When I don't drink booze it seems to somewhat go away but if im drinking and partying it blares on me.

I dont have much hearing loss just a little in my right ear but my god my tinnitus is weird.. Its really loud if I concentrate on it but when I'm focused on anything else its unnoticable probably all the younger years of playing in a band with friends. I used to think my tinnitus was due to electrical interference from all the wireless things in my home or maybe some phone mast somewhere but honestly I'm not sure.
