That is good that you try to be careful, especially when alone. I've heard you mention before that you always make sure you have a drink, even if you don't plan on using it much. I think one thing competitive eaters can do is raise awareness of choking on food being a serious thing that claims around 5000 lives in the US per year. Mostly kids or older people, but a friend of a friend died in his 30s at a restaurant eating steak. Feast carefully, friends!

Shrimp and salmon are my favorite meats at a buffet. I like the unbreaded meats more. A good Orange chicken is my only exception. And I love the green beans and mushrooms on buffets. I will eat sushi as well. Looked like they had a nice selection.

Bob, do you remember shady maple when it was in the other building before they built the building they’re in now and the buffet wasn’t as long as what this one is but I have to agree with you. It is much better but it’s been quite some time since I’ve been there like I said, I’m handicap now soif I wanna go there, I wanna taste the food like I said I lost my taste in sense of smell for about a year now I pray it comes back.

The wife and I used to go to that cause she’s a Westlawn girl yeah good crawfish there and I like their frog legs when they have them and their sushi is amazing I never noticed, but it looks like you got on one of your plates English fish and chips we haven’t tried manner buffet yet because right now I got a bit of a medical problem going on. I can’t taste or smell for almost a year now and I’m getting fed up with it cause I wanna eat and I wanna taste my food, but there’s nothing I can do.
