That used to be the grab animation while vaulting windows, but was a bit too slow so they changed it for the one we have now which is faster but lame🤷‍♂️

I do think the new one we’ve had is better just cause this one makes it seem like the survivor just gives up on the pallet instead of being ripped off it, but I think in specific scenarios like if the survivor was in deep wound it be cool to see this kinda like they’re in too critical of a condition to resist

Main issue with DBD is it is far too fast for anything cool like this. Being torn off an obstacle by a maniacal killer as you are climbing over it is a terrifying scene

I'd like a Killer that has an alternate grabbing animation like this though, could be sped up accordingly to match with current DBD. Could be fun to see a Killer quickly pull someone down, stomp on them to quickly down them, and then pick them up.

Same. Which make flashlight saves Harder but Not Impossible an With this Animation you cant do the cj tech.

@@bierchen8863 honestly if we're talking about game balance id say grabs shouldn't be able to be flashlight saved. But either way this animation is sick and actually make the killer feel like an actual killer. Anything would be better then the one we currently have where you just stand there staring for a few second then ur able to move. You wouldn't by chance have window n gen ones, i miss those too.

grabs can be flashlight saved but only when the killler looking directly in the flashlight. same for pallet stun the killer looking down and can be flashlighted. That shouldnt be able.

For those wondering why it was removed, with how fast the game is you don't want to practically be pallet stunned if you got a grab. Edit for clarity: The amount of time it takes to grab is shorter now so it doesn't take nearly as long.

not really on this gym for example you always looking left and when there is a wall they cannot blind you and no cj tech possible.

for me its not really crap. but i can understand your sight. in this clip they used they using a really old ue4 engine version i think it was 4.1.0 and live dbd now is on 4.2.7.

@@bierchen8863what i see wrong is hard to distuingish things when everything blends with eachother people want it back because it was suposedly scarier but this is more of a competetive game rather than scary and the fact there isnt much horror element left when you play it after 10 rounds but i dont hate the game like on what it is rn
