These look delicious! I remember my Italian grandmother making these on Fridays. I remember her soaking dried salt cod to make these. Then she poached the fish in milk. After it cooled she added it to some mashed potatoes and seasonings. Breaded, fried and they would be served alongside spaghetti n garlic bread. 😋
