You are such a nice gentleman Chef Jeffrey for taking the time to explain how to find your recipe on the drop down menu. Yes it is correct it's frustrating to make a dish and you have to watch the video each time you make the recipe. That's why you are one of the channels I subscribe to. Your personality always shines through! Blessings to you.

I think that you do an excellent job in your videos and providing the recipes with directions! You are right, there are some video chefs/cooks that do not do this! They will not even list the ingredients and it is tremendously annoying trying to replay a video while trying to write it down. With your recipes, I print them out and then if I have questions, I replay the video and fill in the blanks! If I still do not understand something, then I contact you and I always get an answer! I really thank you for your videos, food presentations and answers!!!

Divan! Talk about old school. Yep, that's exactly what we use to call those things they call couches, sofas, etc....these days. You're the first person I've noticed who used the egg mixture to dip your fish in before frying. We always used it with whichever meats we were frying. Like fish, chops, chicken, pork steaks, etc. Love to watch your videos. BTW, I too grew up in a small town in Texas....not far from you. God bless
