Woooowww! This is 3 yrs old. I was so glad to see that you cooked the pasta separate and not had all that starch in your goulash. I like pasta cooked separate and rinsed off starch. Your the pro for sure. I just keep enjoying your recipes. Old and new videos.

Made a comment on that one about your neighbors coming over to eat that big pot of goulash. Wish my knees were under your table when you made this!! I love your recipes. So many I'm going to have to try. I also like your Old School stories. Thanks for your good old recipes. Between you and The Farmers Wife, Collard Valley and a few more I'm learning how to cook!!. Chef, this was my all time favorite meal growing up. I ran into bad luck the last couple years breaking my neck in the same two places as Christopher Reeves, and I was briefly paralyzed from the neck down, but the good Lord had mercy and gave me back the use of my limbs. But then I lost both legs this year and living alone, I have been looking for something to bring enjoyment and benefit to my life. Thankfully I found your in structural cooking lessons today. This was the third lesson I viewed today and I am going to go to the store and make a big old tub of goolash...I remember how great the leftovers were. I apologize for how long this comment has ended up, I am going to learn to cook with your videos thank you big time. I promise all comments in the future will be 1 sentence. God bless you and your followers

I personal love hearing back in the day stories. I always loved history and hearing how people grew up.
