I have an 87. I think Im gonna try and drill out the spot welds and split the stock fenders and just raise the outer half and then filll the gap at the seams. Just have to blend the front of the fender in and extend the bottom of the fender down by the rocker panel. Have not seen that one done yet.

Have you seen the no-lift YJ on 35s? They oved the fenders up

How about throwing some sheet metal in as fender liners. You can add nutserts to attach some of those components or zip ties just to hold stuff in place.

Motobilt makes some killer front shock towers, I run them on mine in front, and used ford truck towers in rear. those are much cheaper hah

I've seen those motobikt ones. They're nice! I'm looking for one that is almost straight up to keep my shocks away from my tires... gotta get my fender wells in first though!

@@FortuneOffRoad The Ford truck ones that I used on the back are only like 30 bucks apiece and they are almost vertical. But if you don’t need the full length you can cut the angled part off the bottom and make them vertical. They are tall. The moto doesn’t slope outward too much either

I don't think they would, they're pretty specific. They're TJ fenders and barely worked on my YJ

I just got the GR high lines in for my 04 TJ, I’m on 33’s for now, what size tires are you running? I have a lot of suspension to do before I upgrade tires concerned the 33s will be way too small sitting in the HL’s..?

Right on! I'm using the TJ inner fenders on mine. I'm running the 38×13.50 tires and I have plenty of room. I actually lowered it about 2" after the install. Around 5" total lift on my YJ. The point if the HL is so you can run a big tire and keep it low 🤙🏻
