Thank you!!! I made them tonight for the 4th of July since we're staying home. I cooked them for 1 hr @400 flipped midway & re-seasoned, then 1 hour covered, lastly 30 mins with sauce uncovered. They were delicious & super tender. Thank you sir!!! My husband was humming as they melted in his mouth.

I don't recall if you added some water to the country ribs, but I know I did. Steaming is everything when it comes to ribs, at least in my book! Those the ribs look absolutely delicious! This is almost how I would do my beef ribs but you use a two stage saucing which works better I think.

The biggest mistake 👉 THESE SO CALLED🔥 Pit Masters does is? Put all there seasonings on the meat. Cause all your doing is? Burning the seasoning off and FLICKING IT OFF. All it needs is SALT AND PEPPER. when it off the grill and resting when you put your other seasoning on while it melting and resting down into the meat. Using less seasonings and more flavor > I know this is a oven cook. But i never use my oven! Cause i love the smoke flavors
