I'm not sure whether to call it a blessing or a curse that I have never played Runescape. Game sounds great, and also like something I would play until I die of starvation from forgetting to eat anything. Either way, merry Christmas! This channel has grown so much over the past year, almost at 100k now. Hope that you have great rest of the holidays and a happy new year. Honestly wasn't expecting a video on account of it being Christmas, but I suppose this is just one extra gift.

Dude.. I played RuneScape as a kid back in 2001-2002 and got addicted, but I became a teenager sometime before the game went 3d and never got back into it again until as an adult when old school RuneScape came out, it’s funny lol

Amazing as always! So, I am an avid mmo player, as in I've played a lot of them, even a bunch of really obscure ones, but I actually haven't played runescape in any form XD. I guess when I started playing them, it was after wow and all of its clones has come out, giving me a lot of choices which fit my style better (I prefer action combat over tab target). Anyway, here is the recommendation for today: Project Gorgon, an old school style MMO, with its main feature being XP for doing stuff, which should sound familiar. You get XP in different fighting styles for fighting with them, hell you get XP for dying in unique ways. It's also the only MMO I've encountered where I spent over an hour in a tavern reading and rating other players poetry, whilst like a dozen players were co-ordinating some kind of musical concert - because thats how you level up bardic skills (Also it has a complex pet keeping and advancing mechanics). I have 23 hours in it, and I still havent gotten past the content in the demo, so it gives you plenty of time to decide whether you like it or not.

OSRS IS THE MOST FUN I'VE HAD (before I promptly dropped it for stardew, which also got dropped after a few weeks of CONSTANT playing for minecraft, which will probably get dropped for osrs, so it's a cycle) IN THE WEEKS I PLAYED IT DAY AFTER DAY I was beginning my grind to get my first f2p bond, maybe I'll be able to get it in a couple of cycles I think I would be able to play all three of these if I didn't focus so much on each one at a time, but who am I if not a machine that consumes until it is satisfied?

I haven't played RS since 1.0. I didn't like the graphical change when RS2 launched, so it never caught my attention the same way the RS1 did. I've thought about starting it up a few times, but then I think back to how much time I sunk into the game all those years ago and think to myself, "Is it worth it, though?"
