The Barber knows what he's doing. Close saves like this need a little powder at the end to stop irritation in the next area from rubbing against the bottom of your chin and creating bumps. Not every barber uses powder, but this guy knows what he's doing.

He does a good job, but he isn’t as time efficient as he could be. I know some Ricans in NY that will shave a head just as nicely in half the time. He took too long lathering up his head. One piece of advice I’d offer him is to put the paper towel on the customer’s shoulder so he doesn’t have to keep walking back and forth wiping off the razor. Very nice shampoo/finish.
