Until SCS announces a delay, Texas will come out by December. As for Montana, it could come by the latter half of July, but most likely in August.

If any state needs a refresh, it's Washington. They forgot huge, very unique parts of the state. No Tacoma Narrows bridge, really SCS? Come on, 'Galloping Gerdie'? It's only the most famous bridge in the whole state. Plus they left out major highways, the most used ferries, large islands, the entire Kitsap Peninsula. Yeah, needs a redo for sure.
