Skoda Rapid is a good car. Even I also own it. It's brilliant. If your budget is upto 10 lakh, then look for the Rapid Rider Plus, it is a great value for money package. But if your budget is upto 15 lakh, then better of with the Tata Nexon or Hyundai Venue or the Mahindra XUV300. These cars are brilliant. Faisal says no, but that doesn't mean it's a bad car. Those journalists(including Fasbeam) are just biased. They don't care about safety, just features, modernity and tech. I have given you these options. Chose any one depending on your criteria.

When some one asked Faisal whether he should buy the Tiago or the Grand I10 Nios, he recommended him Grand i10 Nios which got only 2 stars in G-NCAP crash test whereas Tiago got 4 stars. I was very angry on him that day for recommending such unsafe car. Then I realized the all journalists(including Fasbeam) are just biased reviewers.

I would disagree, having a superb that has run over 1.24 lakhs it's not exorbitantly expensive to maintain. It's is expensive than a maruti or tata to maintain but it's not eye wateringly expensive or anything if you know where to get it fixed (ie not at authorized service centers)
