True story when I was 13 the 'new girl' at our college had just moved from England to New Zealand and she let me borrow this same mixtape - same tape in photo and everything. Believe me we had nothing like this in NZ so it blew my mind! I played it so much that my older brother chucked it out one day and that was the end of it ... well not my love for the sound ... 30 years and many many raves later then this randomly pops up on youtube 🤯 waaaat!

Never tape over memories for sure man, good times, the trick was not to tape over any, man i wonder how many banger sets were tapes over and now lost forever. I had an old early slipmat demo that my sister taped over that had "Do NOT tape over written on it and that was and still is the best set I've ever heard. Probably mid 92 to the start of 93 track wise and was dark, it had that lld boxing mc dubbedright at the start of side A " let get ready to rumbaaaal!" If anyo e knows what mix im refrencing please do hit me up ive been looking for nearly 30 yrs😢.
