Nope Music makes you more relaxed in general no matter what frequency or tempo it has as long as you like the music. 432HZ music has been shown to have some additional good effects, but there haven't been big-scale studies on this topic. The unease of which many here are talking about could be explained by the placebo effect. Most went into this video with an expactation. Why would 440Hz music make you feel sad all the time when all of us have vivid memories of being happy while listening to 440Hz music?

There is a clear difference between A and B. I dont know whch is 432 or which is 440 but here is what i notice very clearly: when you listen to the first one there is pressure hitting a sweet spot in the bottom of your head, inside your brain. when you listen to the second one and pay attention the sensation in your head immediately changes to the front top part of the head and this doesnt feel comfortable. This is very noticeable if you clam down and pay attention. I dont know which is which (432 or 440). But i know where each vibrates in the head. And i know that between A and B, the msot pleasing one is (by far) A. when you listen to A there is a clear touching (of sound) in the lower part of the brain (medulla/ bain stem or whatever). A feels good, B gives a headache
