There were too time losses that I could notice, one on the icy rocks and one on the ladder at the end, but no shot they add up to more than a few seconds when corrected so I think there would have to be like 15 more seconds of pure movement optimization to get sub-5 which just seems insane. :D

Pretty sure you can optimize the red construction ladder with the hanging bags. You climb higher than needed to reach the first one and jump off later than needed from the second bag since you overshoot the pillar crack. You probably know this better than me but if this hasn't been considered, you're welcome! ;)

I have a feeling that the 5 minute barrier is like the 2 minute barrier for getting over it. It will take much longer to get sub 4 just like the amount of time it took to get sub 1 for getting over it, but it will happen. Optimal movement tech will start getting discovered im sure that will make it so you can use the physics to your advantage to move faster in those slower sections. Looking forward to the sub 5 in the next couple of months and sub 4 in a year maybe 🎉🎉
