All varieties of cabbage just need to be organic to be delicious - non-organic could have been fertilized with slurry and therefore lead to digestive problems. ( Organic farmers have to treat their slurry in certain ways before putting it on their fields. )

Misinformation. You need to be iodine deficient for it to have any effect on your thyroid and even then it’s still exceedingly rare and requires MASSIVE amount of kale intake. These people obviously eat a lot of kale but you can tell they have a rich an varied diet in addition to it.
