Aww Lacey... I haven't seen her videos in a bit. Does she have arthritis now? My shihtzu will be 13 this year and it's hard seeing her get older. We do the best for them so they can enjoy their life and still feel like they have a purpose in their day. ❤

Oh yes, Lacey is having a little issue with her back legs and arthritis. She is on anti-inflammatory meds and they help her a lot. It is hard to see them slowing down. But Lacey is still a very happy little girl 😊

It's so cute that Lacey has not only her own bedroom, but has got a whole floor to herself. And from the looks of it, Lacey loves going for a wander round her pad to see what's going on🐶👀🐾 Lacey is looking great and more than capable of getting around for a bit of exercise - which is always so good to see. Lacey has that cheeky little twinkle in her eyes❤ She always looks so comfortable when she's taking her naps. The view from the top of Lacey Mountain (the top of the stairs) over through the window to the pond is gorgeous. Even if, with all the summer foliage, you can only see a wee bit of the waterfall. It still looks stunning.🌳🌷 Have a wonderful weekend and hope the weather is kind to you (still no rain here for weeks now, which for Scotland is highly unusual, at least this early in summer), and as always, lots of love and a big hug for Lacey 🤗💗

Lacey is a lucky little girl with her own bedroom, it works out great 👍🏻 She is still able to roam around for exercise and then have some nice naps on her cooling mat. I will have to show the view from upstairs again because the bushes that were hiding the pond waterfall 💦 are now trimmed 😊 Our weather is the same as yours right now. We haven’t had any rain for a few weeks either. That is also unusual for our area too 🌧️🤷🏼‍♀️ Have a wonderful weekend and Lacey and Mom send lots of love ❤️ and hugs 🤗 your way! 😘

Good afternoon from Seattle Princess Lacey 🤗 and her beautiful fur Mama, Diane.🌹 Miss Lacey is loving her down time and plenty of rest. Walking around aimlessly is not on her agenda today. She gets adequate exercise when she’s good and ready and the Princess is taking it easy these days. She’s earned it! Miss Lacey gets around a ‘lil slower, her vision a ‘lil dimmer, her energy levels, a ‘lil lower but her mind is at ease, her joints prone to inflammation is managed by medication and bless her precious heart, she’s comfy and content. Her cooling mat regulates our Princess Lacey’s body temperature to an optimum slumbering pace making sure she gets uninterrupted sweet dreams. We love you Precious. 🥰 Happy weekend beautiful fam. 💞

We were sure that you watched this video in the morning and knew that we would hear from you later on 😉 Mom says that she is amazed that I know to stay away from both sets of steps when I am upstairs. So she doesn’t have to worry about me too much. When Mom and Dad go out, I get to stay in the guest room with a doggy gate so that I can still look out and not feel so confined. Plus, I have my indoor potty in the other room and I have the freedom to go whenever I want 👍🏻 I love to take my naps on the bed on my cooling mat. I am very comfortable! According to Wikipedia, The oldest recorded Shih Tzu lived to 23 years of age. Lacey seems to be doing remarkably well. You guys are doing a great job with her. We used to have a Shih Tzu ourselves who lived to about 17. Her name was Tiffany. ❤️❤️🥰🥰

Aww. thank you 😊 Lacey does still hear fairly well, but not all of the time. Hey Diane. Bob and Lacey. We hope that your all doing ok and have had a nice weekend. Lacey does so well with her walking and hopping around Diane doesn’t she bless her. We are always telling Bailey about rubbing his face to, he does it a lot and we say the same about his eyes. He’s better now than he was last week when we spoke Diane. He still has his moments of struggles but he his better than he was I guess it’s just a thing with age isn’t it. Lacey’s cooling mat is lovely it’s so nice and big for her she looks so cosy. Hey Kerri and gang! Lacey is doing well with walking and her little hopping around is the cutest 😊 Yes, we always have to worry about our doggies eyes, don't we? Just like watching after little kids 😂 Oh we are so happy to hear that Bailey is doing better.
