Actually sitaram is super famous so they fry their bhaturas super early in the morning due to heavy crowd coming to eat there it gets tough to fry at the same time. so they fry and keep it And while serving the warm it up and give. They are bhaturas only not kulcha.

The best street food from delhi that i tried was Ofc Sitaram chand ke chole bhature , then Sanjay chur chur naan at moolchand and Jain chawal wale even veerji malai chaap is also nice . Delhi is a hugeeee hub when it comes to food❤️❤️❤️

Sitaram Chole kulche is supposed to be the best in Delhi. ofcourse i missed tasting the same while I was in Delhi. Another very hyped joint which you all might like is Jain chawal somwhere near connaught place famous for rajma chawal, kadhi chawal etc. for veg food lovers.
