Have kashmiri wazwan, full non veg There is methi maaz,yakhni with goshtaba, rista, mirchi korma, daniwal (coriander) korma, seekh,mutton kebab, Tabakh maaz(ribs), Shami kebab, aab gosh, doud ras (milk curry), Roghan josh, Daeni Phoul : (It is a large mutton piece), Waza kokur (kokur is chicken and waza is chef), tamatar paneer, and palak (2-3 things are veg too) like soya chunks, mushroom, with different chutneys like Doon Chetin or Walnut chutney or akhroot Ki chutney, Gande chetin or Onion chutney, Mesheid Al Chutney Or pumpkin chutney or Dodh Al, Muji Chatin or Radish chutney or mooli ki chutney, mint coriander chutney etc😂 it goes from 7-14-36 dishes in one traami (plate) I don’t even remember all😂 but these are the highlights, when visiting kashmir do try these You’ll find authentic wazwan in many restaurants, but it’s more authentic in weddings 😂 lot’s of love❤️

Most of the food in Lucknow is overhyped and pure average which gets mainstream attention. There are good food joints but they are not mainstream. These overhyped places are mostly made famous from those who have never stepped out of Lucknow. For example, Sardar chole bhature is below average or even lower than than, Shukla chat is also below average and the staff is rude and many other joints that are pure average. One of the best chat and batashe is from Siyaram in Gomti Nagar. Instead of sardar chole bhature, just go for bajpai chole bhature. Sharma chai is also overrated. And for context I have been living in Lucknow for 18 years and have lived in Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad and have travelled to many cities.
