In comics first was related as Frigga's son but later was "reveal" that is son of Gaea (Mother Earth - ancient God) and that's why Thor is named the protector of Midgard. But lately is supposed to be the son of Odin with Firehair... the first mutant (much older than Apocalypse even) to be the Avatar of the Phoenix Force. She with Agamotto, the first Black Panther, Odin and others were the first "Avengers" in 1 million B.C. so... Thor is supposedly 1 million age old.

I don't think Yahweh is that old though(compared to those you ranked below), Bor created Asgard and had Odin before yahweh came to existence. Asgard existed before heaven so i doubt Yahweh is older than Bor... While some storylines narrative try to portray yahweh as existing before the new Cosmos (like Galactus),he himself said he only came to existence a few thousand years after creation of the entities which would still put Bor and probably first version of Odin way older than him. You can't get older than Galactus because he is older than the universe. He existed in the previous universe as Galan and The One Above All saved him when everything in the universe was destroyed. They didn't say it but it seemed to say that there was a previous Big Bang and then the Big Crunch ended that universe and it started all over again.
