It's great fun opening old boxes of hobby stuff....but you've still got a long way to go,I have my original airfix figures from 1966 up to my first metal English civil war figures from 1971 and all my games workshop armies from 1982 to current era stuff and don't regret any of them as they all bring me joy even now,I'm 64 and still go.....oooh new shinys.

The starship troopers box would actually be a good idea to do now since the ip has gotten a ton of eyes drawn to it all because of Helldivers 2

I love being able to wake up and watch an Eons of Battle video almost every day a week. My days are often really rough, it's hard to keep my motivation up and keep going. But something I ALWAYS look forward to is getting up in the morning, popping on one of your videos and having my little half hour of positivity before the world hits.

Jay if you want a miniature agnostic skirmish game to play all these random minis, which is super easy to learn but great fun with friends, I can recommend space weirdos by garske games. It’s fully miniature agnostic (you choose stats to represent your models)

Maybe use the Terminator T-800 (Cyberdyne Systems Model 101) models as some type of Necron Lords? Add a bit of Egyptian stuff and that might work out! Edit: I really like the “Tuxedo” Necron shown at 16:15 👍🏻

Terminator as a Star Wars opponent. Salamander, do you have a fantasy game where it can act as a Goblins The Starship Troopers Bugs, fantasy or Star Wars bug opponents? Your make your day better, mini, Star Wars? See what games you have, you could use other (defunct) game mini's, with, as extra units. The Genestealer mining/street-patrol truck, with a little work, I think you could make it a Mechanicus/Soritas/Inquisition mining truck, with which to dig true barricades and the like, I can even see the Catachan soldiers using one. Okay, a little challenge for you, create a Hive City crime lord & his forces, for a Warhammer 40k game. De-Genestealer the vehicles the Genestealers, use, same for their clothing/armor and so on. Make your own Kill Team level. As for your Necron Spider, repaint the wood, to show ammo impacts. As for that Chapterleader, if you ain't using it anymore, how about adding it as decoration, to some troop transport?

Jay Not sure if you heard if the Miniatures Agnostic Game Stargrave the space version of Frostgrave. But you can make a crew from any miniatures you want perhaps all the odd one you showed here could be your Stargrave Crew. I’m doing a Rouge Trader Space Ork Crew with mainly metal minis.

That Terminator is a bare chassis so it's not a 101. Looks like a T-800. 101 is a designation for the outer tissue model, that is the ones that look specifically like Arnold Schwarzenegger are model 101, it's the model number for his face.

I have a binder FILLED with OPR cards for all my minis. If i run across minis i cant find a game for, i stat em out for OPR. I found a mini jason and freddy set, so i took them and all the survivors from last night on earth, and made a OPR Friday the 13th part 5 game! Do that woth the terminator minis! And do a batt rep!! 😂
