Hello everybody!
Finally, I prepared tiramisu.
When making yolk cream, be sure to add a pinch of salt (0.5g) along with sugar.
The taste is much richer and more balanced.
After all.. it's been a long time since I made it, but it's still very delicious..
How about a weekend dessert?
✔ Material (1850mm 1380mmx850mm)
12 Lady Finger Cookies
3 yolks
46g sugar A
pinch of salt
20 g milk
250g mascarpone cheese
230g heavy cream
20g sugar B
15g Kahlua or Marsala wine (be sure to add one of them)
Instant coffee powder 10g
200mm of water
non-wet sugar powder
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Add sugar A to the yolk, and add sugar B when whipping whipped cream
