OLDHAM RLFC V HORNETS [SUMMER BASH HIGHLIGHTS]. 5.2.24. Dunno who has been designing their kits but they wanna take a look at what they have their players wearing...a bad day at the office after a drink fuelled bender is all I can describe their snazzy latest get up as representing. Thier reverting back to old timey trad design looks well, though. Kicking against the pricks was where Hornets were at - so bearing that in mind the trad route may be the way to go. and if they, your marketing dept, begin a selling range of old heavy cotton rugby tops in the old Hornets colour scheme let me know. it was cold on that terrace.... etc etc etc... p.s any point saying anything regards state of play? defence leaks to buggery, your players stand and watch as one of the braver chaps attempts to run at the opposition and the passing can be, at times, shocking. what to do? do they, the players, care about what they're doing or are they just making a hobby of this? if i can afford it i'll come and support the team, but you really really do need to buck up...a lot!!!
