WOW!! I thought I was roasting a turkey for Thanksgiving but the way we love gravy, oh my goodness this is a better option to add to the dressing or mashed potatoes. Loving this meal idea. I have always used dirty flour but I never thought of it like that. I used to use coffee for the brown color. I know your kitchen smells so good. Them Old School Roasters are the best! I have my Mother's big Turkey roaster still. Her Birthday would of been today September 29 if she was still living. She would of been 105 yrs old. She got the roaster when she got married. I'm 72 so that roaster must be about 76 yrs old!!!! That's REALLY Old School!!!!
