This IS the best English presentation of this device I have seen so far. You need to research about the "two lines" plug and the "three lines" plug. The "Three Lines" plug is a TRRS, (that's Tip, Ring, Ring, Sleeve) plug to connect both the sound and microphone connection from a device like a phone.
