I heard this and most other X-1 episodes when I was a kid, but I don't remember ever hearing the outro to this one, either the story from Galaxy or the bit in the credits where they explain the ending.

Fantastic show from the story by Robert Sheckley. Lots of Humor and the music is great! I have enjoyed every episode of X Minus One , but this and "Knock" are my favorite episodes.
