I'd love to know what ages its for!! I think it said Young Adult on Amazon and those can have very mature content so I didn't get it! I have a middle schooler so I'm cautious etc.

@ We were doing a unit on fairy tales and fairytale re-tellings. My students were in grades 8-10. I don’t recall any mature content in the first book. I haven’t read the second one. It is a retelling of Grimm’s Twelve Dancing Sisters. I agree that some young adult books aren’t appropriate. I read one that I wouldn’t even do with high school students!

A friend of mine goes to Peddler's at least once a year. She was just there for Halloween and sent me great photos. Making me miss Jersey again. I sometimes forget just how easy it was to get anywhere from NJ. I loved this video with family visiting and things to do.

Those boots remind me of the movie Little Women with Wynonna Ryder - like they are the old fashioned button up even though they aren’t. They look great with a dress. Also I really enjoy YA novels even though I’m 60 years old. They are usually less violent with less cursing. I just started House of Salt & Sorrows and love it. What a wonderful festive Christmas Vlog! Love the theme necklaces for "girls night"! Oh my - the doll house shop, could spend hours in there, so much to see. That little town area is so sweet, what a nice outing. The basement looks good, I like the contrast of the ceiling to the walls. Crunchy snow always meant it's cold out, growing up in Michigan. Living in Florida now, 25 degrees is extremely cold and would not venture out. It's been a wonderful year sharing with you and your family. Wishing a wonderful Holiday Season!
