@naveenreddy1993 the thing is I'm a person who likes enjoy the full potential of the display meaning full brightness and long usage. Also I want a long lasting display. You can't get this with OLED. Imagine spending crazy amount of money on perfect display which lasts only for 3 - 5 years and then you'd have to replace it with another one which would also be expensive. Yours have lasted 2-3 years which is impressive but I just wanted to ask can you use it at full brightness for long sessions

Once you visit the market and see both the displays side by side, trust me, you will notice the difference. Unless it saves you money, or the spec sheet is better, go for Amoled. At least the Netflix sessions will be great.

One thing nobody talks about is crispness of LCD. The array of oleds is a lot uneven than LCD, making thin texts a lot less sharp.

No , I use both a 60hz SAmoled and a 144hz LCD There is no difference in crispness. The oled is better is most situations. The crispness depends on the pixle density

@@Sailed_away the pixel density is obvious for crispness, that's why the edges are a lot better on mobile devices. It might not be very much evident to an average person that's why no one talks about it, but if you look at the single pixel thickness text minutely there is a difference in sharpness. Quite clearly visible on 1080p screens especially in dark mode, it happens because of arrangement of subpixel rgb.

@ridhamgoyal5855 depends on model compare with am asus of same price , which offers better specs that mayter to you, i feel asus offers better price with high specs like oled and i7 , btw don't always go for the latest chip , if ur buying right now 12th gen is available at a diacount compared to 13th gen in intel and similar in amd, however if you are buying later 13th gen might become cheaper by then.

@AnkitKumar-y8m1y if its evo certified 6 to 7hrs on heavy usage, 8 hours on medium and on ultra lite usage 10hrs. Also itl charge fast 90 watt charger i got , just check if the perticular chip is h or hs , if that is powerful for what u need, if its evo certified ull get good battery
