Chu Shong Tin was an amazing, giving master of Wing Chun. What makes him unique, is his focus on the "inner" side of Wing Chun. He could effortlessly produce significant, unbelievable power through intention and proper structure. Nima King and Mark Spence are both students of the CST [Chu Shong Tin] lineage. They both have a lot of video of CST in the last and most important phase of his teaching.

Yeah, she is very skilled. She had a thriving school in Sydney but has retired from teaching. She still practices Wing Chun and attends some events though.

She is the translator and the location was her school. CST has two children. A son and a daughter. The son teaches Wing Chun in HK. His name is Horrace Chu.

Sigung first broke Karen's point of balance ( stance ) then easily could attack through defences. She was wrong in thinking he was looking for a weak point in the guard etc. I think at that point in her training she did not have a good understanding of wing chun

徐之解釋似乎对内家內外三合不大认識，一輩子自己摸索至终都係以肩力為力源，遺憾! 很明顯，葉問之教法亦不以內家思维為教才!

对内家拳我有看过民国出版的薛颠，孙禄堂的书籍，感觉其实咏春不只是用肩力，是强调肩膀到肘部这个位置的运动模式。内三合为心與意合,意與氣合,氣與勁合，我觉得小念头的正确练习就可以做到，在这个姿势，加提肛，和强调提起精神也就是和尚云祥说的，要有凌云之志是一个道理。外三合手與足合，肘與膝合，肩與胯合，通过马步加上正确的发力模式也已经达到了，所以不觉得和内家拳有太大的区别

@@北孤-l1z 其實[提肛]两字,不知害了多少学員. 正確不需要注重肛肌, 只要[尾閭前伸], 就能一下子正確地做到 [腹實,塌腰,凸命門,氣垂] 那么多拳架實質 ! 下盤不但有力,而且三盤皆一. 中國傳統述語名詞的確要重整.
